Requirement: Must be open to travel & manage multiple locations remotely

Key Responsibilities
•Handle end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, interviews & hiring for stores.
•Partner with store/department managers for manpower planning & onboarding.
•Drive performance management processes & support managers in reviews.
•Manage employee relations: grievances, conflict resolution & disciplinary actions.
•Maintain accurate employee records & HR systems.
•Lead employee engagement initiatives & promote a positive work culture.

Requirements
•Strong knowledge of HR practices & labour laws (store‑level).
•Experience in talent acquisition, performance management & ER.
•Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
•Problem‑solving mindset with strong decision‑making ability.
•Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
•Leadership skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
