This position is required to achieve the desired level of performance in the following Key Result areas:

• LFL (Like For Like) Growth
• Intake Margin / Rupee GM
• Core Stock Out, Range Plan / PLM
• OTIF
• On-Time Blue seals and Silver seals
• Development Tracking (Vendor Gaps)
• Vendor Portal Resolution
• Legal Compliance

Job Responsibility:

• Determines the procurement cost and negotiates with the vendors to ensure cost effectiveness for better % intake.
• Collaborates with the respective category’s buying team for clear understanding of the product.
• Continuously monitors the TNA for every order, follows up with local & regional vendors, to meet on-time product delivery.
• Ensures that the fabric booked is delivered to factory and tracks the same while in production meeting OTIF.
• Develops new vendors cascading the requirement to respective regional sourcing teams and guiding them to comply with it.
• Ensures continuous availability of core & replenishment merchandise of respective brand handled, through follow up on orders, issues & deliveries with vendors & regional sourcing teams, in order to meet OTIF.  
• Resolves payment and issues with respect to shipments delivered of the category handled
• Undertakes vendor management on a continuous basis, by analysing the existing vendor, develops new vendors as per vendor gap and visiting them& their sub-contractors in cases of delivery deviations.  
• Generates & updates the required MIS reports
