Executive Footwear Technologist – Mens and women

Role Brief –

• Ensure Fit / Pattern blocks properly respected in each & every style with team & vendor
• Develops the base measurement as per the trends for fit & specs standardization and provides technical inputs for the same.
• Ensures fit evaluations & final sample approvals /sealing for all the categories handled by the technology team. Undertakes fit evaluations by conducting fit reviews with the buying department.
• Provide corrective action / fit amendments in the pattern to the team and to the vendor
• Ensures sample evaluation and documentation w.r.t. blue sealer and silver sealer.
• Provides technical inputs for new development samples in order to ensure accurate fits & specs.
• Evaluate the fit/pattern/quality/workmanship related issues to the relevant vendors / regional QAs, buyers and sourcing officers to assure the bulk production is corrected and followed.
• Analysis customer return products, feedback & complaints and brainstorms on an action plan, in order to ensure a reduction of customer returns at store level for quality issues.
• Understanding drop wise blue seal approvals.
• Visits the stores to understand & improve the product quality and its performance.
