Corporate- End user support (IT)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second-level technical support to end users via phone, email, remote tools, or in person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, business applications, and IT equipment.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise systems.
  • Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions in the ITSM system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Collaborate with other IT teams (network, infrastructure, security) to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning and decommissioning.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with company policies and security standards.
  • Educate users on best practices for IT usage, security, and self-service tools.
  • Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and rollouts as needed.
