Corporate- End user support (IT)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level technical support to end users via phone, email, remote tools, or in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, business applications, and IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise systems.
- Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions in the ITSM system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Collaborate with other IT teams (network, infrastructure, security) to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning and decommissioning.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with company policies and security standards.
- Educate users on best practices for IT usage, security, and self-service tools.
- Participate in IT projects, upgrades, and rollouts as needed.
