Job Descriptions

Ensures that base blocks are consistently maintained.  

• Undertakes fit evaluations, by conducting fit reviews with the buying department, for the brand handled. 
• Ensures standardization of fit /spec and maintains consistency across the brands handled. 
• Undertakes sample evaluation and documentation w.r.t. blue sealer and silver sealer. 
• Supports the seniors in conducting fit reviews with the buying department as per the Trent requirement to ensure consistency of fits. 
• Undertakes final sample approvals / sealing for the brands handled.  
• Discusses & updates the fit/pattern/quality/workmanship related issues, of the respective brands handled, to the relevant vendors, buyers and sourcing officers to assure the bulk production are corrected and followed. 
• Analysis customer return products, feedback & complaints and gives feedback of the same to the seniors, in order to ensure a reduction of customer returns at store level for quality issues. 
• Risk Analysis – Checks the garment performances.  
• Ensures the vendors send the evaluation sheet in a timely manner.  
• Visits the stores for understanding & improving the product quality and its performance.
