Executive/Sr Executive - Quality Bangalore

Experiance - 2 to 6 Years in quality assurance roles. Handling final, midline and inline production. 

Base location - Bangalore

Responsibilities - 

• Evaluates new vendors to be taken on board, on the desired parameters in collaboration with the sourcing teams.
• Plans daily QA team movements & activities like PP meetings, inline inspections, sampling & final inspections. Supports & guides the team during the same.
• Manages QA shipments of the region handled on a daily basis and resolves issues if any.
• Follows-up on production status during on-site inspections.
• Reviews & ensures the Fabric test reports and samples from the regions handled.
• Conducts vendor trainings to make them understand Trent Quality standard and implement the means to achieve the same.
• Analysis & reviews customer return products, feedback & complaints suggests corrective measures, in order to ensure a reduction of customer returns at store level for quality issues.
• Ensures raw material quality controls and quality standards like yarns, fabrics, trims & prints.
• Visits vendor printing and dyeing units, whenever required.
• Supports & develops the QA team & vendors on specific problem solving issues and ensures that appropriate subject knowledge and skills are developed within each individual.
